D & E : is jewelry manufactured  by De Lizza & Elster Company. They made Jewelry for  many well known companies  such as Weiss, Hobe, Kramer  from 1947 to 1990.  Around 1967, they came out with their own line  named Julianna. To add to all the confusion about D &E and Juliana- they never marked /signed their jewelry.
