2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips<br />
2 1/4 Cups Miniature Marshmallow<br />
1/2 Cup Coarsely Chopped Nuts<br />
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds</p>
<p>Melt over hot (not boiling water) ,milk chocolate morsels; stir until<br />
smooth. Remove from heat.<br />
Stir in Marshmallows, nuts and sunflower seeds.<br />
Spread in foil lined 8-inch square pan. Chill untill firm (about one hour).</p>
<p>Cut into one inch squares.</p>

1 1/2 Cups Fine Vanilla Wafer Crumbs<br />
1/3 Cup Bourbon<br />
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips<br />
2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine<br />
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans<br />
1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar , Divided</p>
<p>In a small bowl mix cookie crumbs and bourbon. Set aside.<br />
Place chips and butter in a large bowl. Microwave at 50% (medium) 2 to 5<br />
minutes or untill chips are soft. Stir untill smooth. Stir in pecans and<br />
crumb mixtures.<br />
Slowly mix in enough sugar until mixture just holds together. Shape by<br />
teaspoonfuls into balls, place on wax paper. Roll in remaining sugar to<br />
coat. Store in refrigerator, tightly covered , no longer than two weeks.</p>

<p>I have been making this for over 25 yrs&#8211; Yikes . It&#8217;s always a big hit and<br />

</style><p>In  Honor of Lili (nee Held ) Rausen</p>
<p>The Held family recipe.</p>
<p>4-5 Cups of Sifted Flour</p>
<p>2 1/4 Cups Of Honey</p>
<p>1 cup Sugar</p>
<p>1/4 cup Almonds, Roughly grounded</p>
<p>1Teaspoon Baking Soda</p>
<p>1  tsp Cinnamon</p>
<p>1 tsp Ginger</p>
<p>1/2 tsp Ground cloves</p>
<p>1/2 tsp Cardemon</p>
<p>Heat honey to boiling, stir in sugar and let cool.</p>
<p>Stir in flour, almonds &amp; Spices.</p>
<p>Refrigerate ( few hrs to a day)</p>
<p>Roll out  &amp; cut Cookies</p>
<p>Bake in 350 oven for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Put icing on top if desired .</p>
<p>Put in tin with whole carrot.</p>
<p>Eat when soft.</p>
