1st of all, I love the name Camelotglass. It reminds me of JFK era, and the time of  simple elegance .

Camelotglass is a long time haunter of auctions, flea markets and second hand shops, her shop represents love of all things vintage. She deal primarily, but not exclusively, in vintage glassware (depression, carnival glass, elegant, vaseline, art glass, etc).She  also sometimes carry other vintage collectibles (metalware, vintage accessories, figurines, plates, etc).

Vintage Russian Matryoshka Nesting Dolls

Nesting dolls are the best known and most popular of all Russian souvenirs. The Russian word for these dolls is “matryoshka”, but they are also called matrioshka, matryoshkas, babushka dolls, babushka’s doll, matroshka, matryushka, and stacking dolls.

These dolls where a gift from a friend who went to Russia in the 1970’s and have been displayed since.

There are five (5) wooden dolls, the tallest is 7 ¼”. They are hand turned, painted with gorgeous reds blacks and gold from basswood then varnished.

These beautiful dolls will make a nice addition to your collection or serve as the perfect decorative touch to any cabinet.

If you are looking for classic crystal glasses, she has a lovely set of  Waterford Irish  Crystal Cordial Stemware Glasses in the Alana Pattern. These are wonderful sparkling Irish Crystal Cordial Glasses bearing the etched “Waterford’ mark. These glasses are brilliantly cut in the popular Alana pattern it reflects colorful prismatic light to simply gorgeous effect.As you may know Alana was first produced in 1952, is a girl’s name meaning ‘darling’.

These Irish Crystal Cordials measure approximately 3 ½” in mint condition.
