Vintage Mickey Mouse Watches by Ingersoll are very hard to find and are collectible.
Although this watch is missing a hand,crystal and the insert inside the small circle, it is still great for parts since the watches are so rare.My research indicated that this watch  is from Late 1935 to 1937.
